Fresh Chicken Salad
A healthy dish that never fails, salad always comes to the rescue when people are like looking for a more healthier eating choice. A salad is a food that contains food depending on the type if salad it is. The typical ingredients are vegetables, meat, egg, fruits and a sauce. It is normally served at room temperature or chilled. There are many types of salad. Examples are garden salad, tuna salad, fruit salad, Greek salad and chicken salad plus others.
Ingredients!
2 grilled chicken breast
2 boiled corns
Lettuce (chopped)
Tomatoes (chopped)
Onions (chopped)
Oil (preferably olive oil) or any oil with strong taste
Vinegar (4 tablespoons)
Salt
Pepper seasoning
How to make Fresh Chicken Salad
1) In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
2) Remove the corn kernals from the corn itself (the cob) and add it to the salad. Toss the salad together, but gently.
3) Using a cup, measure the ingredients oil - 1/4 cup, vinegar - 4 tablespoons, salt - 1/2 teaspoon and pepper seasonings - 1/2 teaspoon). Add them together and later pour onto the salad. Toss gently once again.
4) Slice the grilled chicken breast.
5) Place the salad in the plate and put sliced chicken breast on it!
