Sweet n' Moist Banana Bread in a Quickie

A popular food that everyone is craving for, banana bread is one of the easiest and quickest breads to make. It's a sweet and tasty bread that everyone should try and have a taste! If you are a fan of bananas or if you have ripe bananas with nothing to do with them, then this recipe is just for you!

Originated in the United States, banana bread is a type of sweet bread made mainly from mashed bananas. Most banana bread are sweet, moist and often seen as a cake. It is also one of the quickest breads to make. There are many variations of banana bread such as chocolate chip banana bread and banana nut bread.

Ingredients!

3-4 very ripe bananas (well mashed)

2-3 eggs (well beaten)

Melted butter (a stick)

Sugar (preferably brown sugar)

Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)

Baking soda (1 teaspoon)

Baking powder (a pinch; 1/4 teaspoon)

Flour (1 1/2 cups)


How to make Sweet n' Moist Banana Bread in a Quickie

1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2) Get a 10 by 5 loaf pan (or 9 by 5) by lining with parchment paper and using non stick spray to spray the paper.

3) Mash you bananas using either a hand blender or a fork and put them in a bowl then put the wet ingredients (the beaten eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract) and mix them in ( advisable to use a stand mixer or by hand).

4) Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and sugar) and continue the mixing process.

5) Put all the mixed ingredients into the pan with the parchment paper and bake the mixture into the oven for about an hour. Make sure you start checking your bread after 45 minutes cook time to see if it's done.

You can take your hot and delicious bread with a hot drink or with ice cream (I prefer the ice cream lol).
