Delicious Chcolate Chip Muffins

 There can't be anything better than the smell of freshly baked chocolate chip muffin coming out of the oven! Muffins are here to stay and I will show you a twist on one of the great treats...from chocolate chip cookies to delicious chocolate chip muffins! And the best part is that they are very easy to make!

Muffins generally are divided into two, quick bread and flatbread muffins. This particular recipe is a quick bread muffin recipe. Originally created in the United States, quick bread muffins are cupcake shaped foods that are typically moist and have a coarse-grained texture. They are mostly sweet and have many varieties of muffins. Many muffins contain items inside the muffins like nuts, berries and chocolate chips.


Ingredients!

2 cups of all-purpose flour

half teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of salt

A stick of butter

half cup of sugar

quarter cup of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 large egg (or two small ones)

1 cup of milk

1 cup of chocolate chips


How to make Delicious Chocolate Chip Muffins

1) Preheat the oven to 350° and get two muffin tons with liners.

2) In a big bowl, put salt, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Mix them up.

3) In another bowl, put sugar and butter together and mix until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix it then put the vanilla extract. Add half of the first bowl to the second bowl and mix it together until it is combined well. Add the remaining part of the first bowl and mix it well. Afterwards, put in the chocolate chips 

4) Divide the muffin batter evenly between the muffin layers and bake the muffins for around 20 minutes. Use toothpick to check the middle of muffins to make sure it comes out clean.

5) When the toothpick comes out clean, remove the muffins from the stove and set them on the kitchen counter. Let them cool for about 3 minutes before serving.
